I kept seeing this transpire throughout the day, so I made sure I had my camera with me at all times and thankfully caught those memorable "first steps." I'm so excited I could cry!!!

As a tribute to one of my favorite Tom Petty songs, we snuck into our neighbor's garden to get some pictures amongst the Daffodils......then we took Hayden to Home Depot to reclaim his man-hood.

A Fun-filled Weekend!

This weekend was packed with fun as Grandma and Za-Za came up from Florida to visit. Hayden hung out with Grandma on Friday morning and Friday evening we had a great dinner at Chestnut Ridge CC. On Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny didn't pass by the Pittler household. He made sure that Hayden's Easter basket was stuffed full of golf clubs, sidewalk chalk, crayons, a new cell phone, a lawn mower, and a xylophone to name a few. After church, we went back to Nana and Grandfred's for Easter brunch. It was a great weekend all around!

He's starting to let go of the wall and is taking a few steps. Now if only I can let go of him....(sniffle). Haha.

It really wasn't as bad as it looks, but we sure had a better time with Santa. Oh well.

One thing this kid knows how to do is work it for any sort of camera.

A Whole New World...

One of the many benefits of being 1 and enjoying some of life's independence include facing forward in the car. It's something we adults take for granted. It sure makes driving from point A to B much more fun with a little buddy looking at you from the back seat and not staring at the back of a seat.
